PC automation and cloud farming are different choices
A local setup runs the game in emulator instances on your own Windows machine. That gives you a place to inspect game screens, account state and workflow results, but your PC must remain available while work runs. Closing the laptop, losing power or exhausting memory can interrupt the routine.
A cloud service is a different operating model, with its own hosting and account-access arrangements. VRA’s current development target is local Windows automation; do not assume that joining the waitlist gives you hosted farms or a mobile-only service.
What you need before setting up a Viking Rise PC bot
Begin with a working game environment, not an automation run. Confirm that LDPlayer can launch Viking Rise and that you can reach the intended character manually. An account’s tutorial, updates or login prompts must not be mistaken for a ready farm.
VRA’s setup guidance covers farm-to-emulator mapping and environment checks. Final installer requirements and supported release versions will be published with the customer build. We do not infer an unlimited farm capacity from a CPU model or advertise an unmeasured minimum specification.
- Use a Windows PC with enough spare capacity for the game instances you intend to run.
- Keep the emulator, game account and VRA farm identity distinct and verify their mapping.
- Start with one farm and a short routine before increasing concurrency.
- Preserve account recovery access and obtain software only from its official release channel.
Choose the work, not just an on/off switch
The current VRA catalogue covers rewards, city development, troop care, gathering and other farm tasks. Each workflow has its own relevant options and limits. A farming account should not automatically inherit every action or spending choice from a main account.
The Command Centre brings farm assignments, routines, schedules and evidence together. A scheduled run determines when work is eligible; it does not make every game action immediately available. Existing research, occupied queues, missing troops and unavailable rewards still affect what can be done.
How to evaluate the planned seven-day trial
The planned launch trial is free for seven days once access opens. Joining the beta list does not start it, reserve a release date or provide a download today. Continued-use pricing remains unannounced.
Use a trial to inspect the first unexpected step, not merely the number of green results. Check that the correct farm runs, configured resources are respected, existing queues are preserved and a failed input is not blindly repeated. Compare the recorded outcome with the visible game state.

Can I download this Viking Rise bot now?
No. VRA is pre-release. The waitlist is for development, testing and launch updates; it is not a download or a guaranteed beta invitation.
Does my PC need to stay on?
For the current local Windows approach, the PC and required game instances must remain available while automation runs. VRA is not currently a hosted cloud farming service.
Does VRA require a separate AI computer?
The current product direction is script-based Windows automation. Experimental recognition work is evaluated separately; we do not require customers to train a model or buy a separate inference server.
