First establish a working game environment
Install LDPlayer from its official website and use the normal game installation and account-access flow. Open Viking Rise manually and confirm that the correct character reaches a recognisable game screen. Handle tutorials, downloads and login requirements before testing a routine.
The development setup currently uses LDPlayer 9. Final customer-supported versions and release requirements will be documented with the VRA installer. This guide does not claim compatibility with every emulator, Android image or future game version.
- Confirm the intended account and character.
- Give each emulator instance an identifiable name.
- Check that the game remains responsive without automation.
- Keep enough disk space and host capacity for the intended workload.
Bind the farm to the correct LDPlayer instance
A stable farm mapping is more useful than whichever emulator window happens to be in front. Review instance identity and game identity together, then test a short workflow on one farm.
If you rename, clone, rebuild or remove an emulator, revisit its mapping. A saved routine does not prove the replacement instance is still the same account. VRA’s setup and migration documentation describes review steps rather than promising an automatic transfer of every setting or credential.
Separate loading, pop-ups and genuine startup failures
A brief black frame during loading is not the same as a permanently unresponsive game. Repeatedly restarting a game that is still loading can delay progress and erase the useful sequence of evidence.
Check whether the emulator is running, whether Viking Rise is foreground, and which screen or error actually appeared. Promotions, reward screens and story dialogue are game interruptions; an emulator process failure is a different diagnosis. The support wiki explains how to retain that distinction.
Increase emulator concurrency gradually
Prove a single instance first, then add simultaneous farms while watching responsiveness. CPU, memory, graphics and storage contention can all affect the practical capacity of the same PC. There is no validated “unlimited farms” configuration for VRA.
Virtualisation settings can interact with other Windows workloads. Do not disable security features or make boot changes merely because a generic guide recommends it. Inspect the specific environment warning and understand the effect on other software before making a change.
Viking Rise automation questions
Is LDPlayer itself a Viking Rise bot?
No. LDPlayer is the emulator running the Android game. VRA is a separate automation project that works with the supported emulator environment.
Should I restart immediately when Viking Rise shows a black screen?
Not automatically. First distinguish normal loading from a persistent failure and inspect the available evidence. Repeated restarts can interrupt a game that was still progressing.
Can I install VRA now?
The public product is still pre-release. Use the waitlist for development and launch updates; the seven-day trial begins only when access opens.
