What we collect

Your email address, optional farm-count range, signup time, the consent wording you agreed to, and confirmation and email-submission status. We do not ask for your game password, payment details or GnBots configuration on this website.

Why we use it

With your consent, we use your confirmed email for VRA development, testing and launch updates. A confirmation email checks that the address belongs to you. Joining is free, is not an order and does not guarantee a testing place or release date. You can browse the site without joining.

Automatic build updates

When new changelog entries are published, confirmed subscribers receive an email digest with the changes and a link to the public build log. We record the update batch, submission attempts and SMTP acceptance or failure to avoid duplicate mail and investigate delivery problems. Unconfirmed requests do not receive these updates. Routine redeploys and edits to an existing entry do not trigger a new announcement. SMTP acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Withdraw or remove your signup

Use the private unsubscribe link in any build update, the removal link in your confirmation email, or contact [email protected]. Opening the link does not delete anything until you confirm removal. Removal deletes your signup and its linked update-delivery records, and prevents queued updates being sent. The private token is kept out of the page’s server-request URL. We do not issue access to an existing signup merely because someone knows its email address. An email already submitted to the mail server cannot be recalled.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days. Confirmed interest records are retained for up to twelve months from signup, or removed sooner when you leave or the project closes. Short-lived request counters limit abusive submissions and expire after two minutes. Operational access logs and protected backups may temporarily retain technical information; deletion requests are also applied to active records.

Where it goes

Records are held in private server storage. The owner’s interest-review dashboard is restricted to the local network and is not part of the public site. Cloudflare provides the public website’s encrypted delivery, security layer and cookie-free performance measurements, and our email hosting provider processes confirmation and update emails. We do not sell the list.

Cookies and security

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Confirmation and removal links use private tokens. We apply access restrictions and request controls, but no website or email service can be guaranteed risk-free.

You can withdraw consent and ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting [email protected]. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
